Crystal and Nick are absolutely the best! I use them for a 304 unit community I manage and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only are they professional, but they are friendly and understanding with my residents! My community has went through major changes and renovations over the last two years and they have been so easy to work with when we run into a hang up. extremely strange and coincidental that after initial visit my smallest kitten is suffering from a horrible respiratory issue on antibiotics and my youngest pup is suffering from some sort of toxic neurological symptoms as we wait for final results at local veterinary. Even vet questioned the sprays used. No response from team after I expressed concerns over my 2 sick animals. Proceed with caution. So disappointed

Anita,<br>We are very sorry to hear about your pets. We do hope that they get to feeling better soon.<br>We were contacted to perform a corrective flea treatment at your residence. The day after the initial treatment, you emailed our office informing us of the sick kitten and requested to know which product was used. As requested, we provided you with the label of Alpine Flea and Bed Bug Aerosol. We feel that this is a good and effective product that we have used on lots of corrective flea treatments, to which we have never had negative affects to pets after our service. This product is approved and labeled by the EPA for flea control. Several days later you emailed our office again to cancel the remaining services included with the initial service, which we have done upon your request.<br>We have reviewed this situation with the technicians to make sure that we are providing the highest level of services with the lowest impact. If you have any further questions or concerns, please call our office. Our office number is 325-455-3497.

Exceptionally great service and awesomely sweet people. They went above and beyond to make sure they were providing the very best service and wouldn't quit untill the were sure they had the last one. Squirrels in the attic are especially challenging, yet they were relentless in getting them. Went even beyond the contract and wouldn't even take extra pay for the extented time and effort it took. They definitely earned my loyalty and I highly recommend them to every one! They are very knowledgeable and very committed to getting the job done. We tried others but Truly Nolen blew out the competition. The best in Abilene!!!
