Punctuality and professional. I really enjoy Laurie Arther!! Need to get time of appointments set with Laurie. My appointment was for 3:30 & she had me for 4:30. Fortunately she was running early and could come to me at around 3:20 yesterday. So this one worked out, but what about next time. Communication needs worked on between office and your drivers.

Living in a new construction neighborhood is new bug territory for me! Caleb took a tour and listened to all my concerns, then used a few different methods of insecticides. The cost was very reasonable as well. I’m happy to have signed up for their quarterly maintenance, and look forward to seeing NO MORE BUGS!

I live in an apartment complex in Abilene and had a really bizarre experience today. I contacted my manager and he sent Steven out within about 30 minutes and he said he couldn’t believe it when they told him what it was. I heard a loud splash and water sounds and scratching sounds in my bathroom and ran in there to find a little squirrel had Somehow came out of the toilet! He thought it was a joke but I just closed the door and waited and he was there so fast. Very professional and still probably trying to think if it was real lol. He got the little fella in a cage safely and said they release them humanely. It was truly one for memorable calls.
