Ian sent out his professional rep Mike out to our house and we are very satisfied with the service they have provided. From bugs to rodents, Mosquito Authority has been knocking it out for us.

Always great service! And technician (Douglas) always takes a very individual interest and approach to our home. Has notified us of when he sees problems with insects and rodents so we can stop issues before they become a problem. We have been so happy with our mosquito service that we switched ALL our pest control over to mosquito authority

Douglas went above and beyond for us when we were having a mosquito infestation. My kids really enjoy being outside majority of their free time so it is important for us to have this safety factor. They are always extremely responsive even if there needs to be a quick re-treatment.

Ivan and Douglas are incredibly responsive. The no mosquito guarantee really is legit. I have asked them to come outside of the schedule multiple times (after these bad rainstorms) and they have been there within 24-48 hours of my request every time. Most recently I requested a treatment on Thursday evening and the service was completed first thing Friday morning… it was impressive and hugely helpful because we were able to have dinner guests in our back yard that very night and we could sit outside and enjoy our yard mosquito free.

We have been MA customers for many years and have hung in there with the change in management companies and ups/downs. That came to an end today when I sent a message after the technician failed to appropriately treat my property. I am not a mosquito expert but have watched a few hundred treatments on my property over the years and this was not correctly done. Neither the front nor rear porches were touched and the barrier was not done around the property. So I messaged this information and received a call back from Mike who runs the group that is managing this area now. He proceeded to contradict me and tell me what happened at my property that I was physically at and he was not. Exceptionally unprofessional beyond anything I have experienced even in the worst times with MA. Go find another company to manage your mosquitos. Even if they are not perfect, hopefully they will at least be respectful and remember that they are providing a service we are paying for. Stay AWAY from this one.
