I called and even though I did not leave a voicemail, I received a callback the next day. I sent pictures of my critters and after verifying that I had carpenter ants, they came out same day to educate me on pest management and treated my home in Winters. No hassle and very friendly! I will use them again!

I made a little appointment and he was able to squeeze me in! He was 15 minutes early which was really nice. He came in our home and sparked up a conversation and created a relationship and I love how he doesn’t put any contract in place!! He didn’t jump to the most expensive thing to charge or extra treatments we didn’t need or want. He told us what he thought from his professional standpoint and walked us through the chemicals and why those and it was just a easy feeling knowing I’m getting educated on prevention and treatments so I highly recommend DJ’s pest control!!
