We considered getting different quotes from other companies but after Shane came out and Bo coming previously on his own time there was no way we were going to use anyone but Sherrill pest control. Very knowledgeable and informative on all pests especially with the concern of termites. Very professional and respectful. Sherrill took the time to explain everything and took the time to get all the spiders out of garage during inspection without even having to ask. When you meet someone that genuinely cares about your home and will come out for any issues at any time it not only gave us a peace of mind but confidence in knowing we are taken care of and being affordable was even more of a blessing. I highly recommend Sherrill pest control!

I have been using Sherrill Pest Control for a year now and do not have one single complaint. They have always arrived when they are scheduled and been very professional and knowledgeable. I have full trust in them being in my home when I cannot be there when they come to spray. Their prices cannot be beat.

Everyone was very pleasant and explained what they would do for my ant and mice in garage. They also followed up with me during the months to make sure all was well. Excellent service and no more bug or mice problems. I signed on for 3 more months as the price was affordable for me and on a fixed income 5 stars for sure!

Terrible customer service. Pest control did not help our issues at all, aside from ant control. When I attempted to have our home serviced for the third time in 4 months, that we are paying monthly for, I was replied to with a cancellation of service and nothing else. They tell you you can call them out anytime you have issues when they get you to sign up under contract but will just cancel on you when you have a need for them. Makes no sense. In past visits the bug guy showed up without notice, all around unhappy with this company aside from one bug guy who was very nice and informative. Happy to take our business elsewhere.

Although we had good intentions, it didn't show in the results this time.
