Their tech came out and barley sprayed my home. Bugs were ten times worse than before the tech came out. Then i call to complain and they have a tech call and say their coming out this morning. Now when they don't show up i call the office and the lady hangs up on me bc I'm upset over the service. Worst company I've ever dealt with in regards to customer service. If i could give no rating i would. The lady has no care for good customer service.

David came out to our home on 9/18/23. This is the second time coming to our home and in the future I will request him. I truly appreciate his work ethic and his interest in understanding our needs. He takes the time to understand the problem, using different treatments for different types of issues. He is an asset to your company.

Very poor service. He didn't even spray the whole house. Supposed to be coming out weekly to get rid of the pests. First time in 3 weeks. Extremely disappointed.To make matters worse, he broke an outlet cover and didn't bother to let us know or offer to replace it.
