Paid up front for a two year service. Service man showed up 1 time on Aprill 22, 2025. They have not been back since that time. I have called and was told they would inspect and replace materials when needed within the two year period but they never called nor did they show up. I do not recommend this company nor will I ever do any future business with this company. As with many other pest control companies, they will gladly take your money but will never show up to do their job. They get a 0 r

Writing this review to let customers know what to expect when dealing with a company like Orkin. Right off the bat they were friendly like most companies are. Got the service booked which was around $200 and the guy working on the home was a little over a hour late, on top of that he was done with his job around 3-5 minutes being the front, back, garage, 3 bed rooms, 2.5 baths, also it’s a 2 story house. I didn’t even notice he left. Week later still had ants/spiders roaming daily. Called to boo

It cost me $324 for a one time service fee, in which they were to come out and spray for wasps around my yard. They came out a week ago, and nothing has changed, still wasps all over my yard. I found two nests in the bed of my husbands truck, which they will not take care of and I understand that to an extent. Being I need them for removing nests, it’s not going to fix the problem by spraying my house. So I wasted $324. Which they will not refund. Not only that but their website states they are
