Becca was utterly brilliant - so thorough, careful and informative every step of the way!

We had a horrific ant infestation!! Jordan with Black Diamond Pest Control came to our rescue!! Seriously, Jordan was the most passionate and professional pest control person we have ever experienced, and I have been a REALTOR for 40 years dealing with a lot of pest control people for clients and personally for us. Jordan and also Josh from Black Diamond came back this morning, Monday, to see if what was done on Friday was working to eradicate our ant issue. Turns out the main source of our ant problem was an opened bag of potting soil that sat outside all winter under a planter. That bag of potting soil was a breeding ground for a huge colony of ants!! We cannot say enough about Black Diamond and particularly Jordan for his persistence and dedication in being determined to find the reason/source of our ant invasion. We have been on a quarterly service schedule but will be changing to a monthly service after this especially since warm/hot weather is upon us. Black Diamond also does spider, mosquito, wildlife, termite, etc service/elimination/protection. Husband and I are so very confident with the service from Black Diamond and Jordan!! Thank you all for being so “on it” with incredible…over the top…customer service!!!!
