Joey at True Blue was so awesome to work with! Always great and prompt at communication and quick at getting us on the schedule. Best price I got from multiple places and very upfront and honest through the whole process. Will definitely be using True Blue for all future needs!

As a business owner who works in the residential service industry I hold myself to high standards for my customers. It’s not easy to find those qualities when hiring people to work at my own house when I’m the customer in a relationship. The team at True Blue are that: very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous. Unlike my experience with a different local pest control company where I didn’t feel like I was getting what I was paying for, True Blue has gone above and beyond and I expect to be a lifelong customer.

Joey is the man! I’ve called him with 2 separate issues in a 2 week span and he’s come by SAME DAY to address several bugs we’ve been seeing since it’s been cold and he continues to educate me and provide the best service in the area! I highly recommend True blue Termite and Pest Control.

I saw some wasps around the outside end of my house a few days ago, and when Joey came here from True Blue on a cold and frosty Monday to check it out, they were all hiding! (They don’t like to fly in the cold.) He did a thorough check of the attic and there were none found, and we walked around the outside of house, but it came down to calling him if it warmed up in the next few days, and if I saw them again. There was no fee for this, as it had come down to being an inspection and not a full service call. He also found something that needed to be addressed in the attic/chimney area and took pictures for me for which I was very grateful. I would absolutely call this service back to do any and all work, and if I wasn’t moving, I would use them ongoing. Had enough trouble with Orkin recently, not responding to calls or answering the phone at all. But I give five stars to this service who came to do a job and made it a free inspection only with other unexpected assistance. Thank you! (Google is making me put down some kind of fee in order to submit this, but it was zero.)

True Blue is very thorough and knowledgeable. They were here at least twice as long as my previous company ever stayed and pointed out and took care of numerous issues that the other did not. Their fee is very reasonable too. Definitely sticking with them.

Had a roach problem that other exterminators could not resolve joey came out and was able to resolve the issue right away

Just had a termite inspection. I was so impressed with what and how the inspection was done I have now changed over all our extermination needs going forward to Tru Blu!

We were recommended to try True Blue by a family member, and they went above and beyond our expectations. We called because of a paper wasp infestation in the bedrooms of our home. The owner came out the next morning after we called and explained everything he did thoroughly as well as gave us tips on how to seal the wasps out permanently. He made sure to check every possible room and area for pests and even uncovered a severe rodent issue in the attic we had no idea existed - likely saving us a lot of money on replacing new electrical wiring. The prices were beyond fair, the service was professional, and we are so happy to have found a company that cares for their patrons the way this company does.

True Blue was very through in ridding our home of spider webs, centipedes and sprayed for hornets in our eave.I found Joey to be very courteous and conscientious about his work. I highly recommend him for your pest management.

Great initial experience and then a filter from the installed Dehu broke and company not standing behind product. Owner suggested that taking it out the first time was going to be difficult and it sure was. It was jammed in there and fell apart. A responsible business owner would have at least taken a look at it and realized it was poor to begin with and replaced it. This business owner decided to blame it on me without even looking at it as I removed it (even with his suggestion) and will not back his product. It’s a shameful way to start (and most likely end) a business relationship. Suggest seriously considering where you spend your money. Of note, I spent $5k with this business

I reached out on a weekend and they responded immediately and were available even before I was to do an inspection! Very friendly and just to the point, no big sales fuss like other companies we have dealt with. Joey treated same day, I feel very comfortable calling back with any questions or concerns- he encouraged it! He even gave some tips and pointers for non pest things that we could do on our own or they could handle that he saw when treating our house. So happy to be with a local company now!
