RadonTN

Brandon was very professional during the coordination and install of the Radon Mitigation system. He was very responsive via call and text message. Once the system was installed, my average 14 pCi/L readings, were reduced to 11 pCi/L. Better but not nearly where they need to be. When I alerted him that we needed to remedy this he scheduled a follow-up visit to remedy the situation. I was then stood up for that meeting, and was/ have been unable to get in contact with Brandon or the company HQ for RadonTN via phone, text, email. Constantly getting a "voicemail box that is full" message from his phone and the company phone. Not sure what happened, but I am very dissatisfied to have paid for a service that resulted in a system that does not operate the way I was told it would.

Quenton beat the prices of the others and then went beyond expectations in the radon mitigation process. They left the worksite spotlessly clean and we could not be any more pleased.
