We started noticing ants in our kitchen- I emailed Dustin with Cima and he called me right away. Josh came out the next day and Josh was amazing! Walked me through every step, great attention to detail, and explained all the ingredients while understanding we have kids and pets. He also spayed the outside to cover us and answered all my questions. 10/10!

Josh took care of the inside and outside of the house and explained everything he did. Was quick and efficient and even wore some styling booties to not track anything into the house.

I’ve been using Cima for over a year now and I’ve been extremely happy with their level of service and customer service. Unlike other pest companies I’ve used in the past, they’re extremely thorough and listen to your unique needs so that they can tailor their service. Josh came out today and did an awesome job! Would definitely recommend!

We recently used CiMA Pest Solutions, and I can’t say enough good things about the technician who came out, Josh, who is actually their service manager. We got general pest and also mosquito and tick. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly friendly and professional. What really stood out was that he started by asking if I had any concerns so he could make sure I felt completely comfortable with the service. That meant a lot and showed he genuinely cares about his customers. He took the time to explain things and even pointed out areas where we could reinforce our home to help keep bugs from getting in—like improving the weatherstripping on our garage door. Those tips were so helpful. Josh was also incredibly kind and patient with my kids while he was here, which I really appreciated as a mom. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely recommend CiMA Pest Solutions if you’re looking for pest control.

Best Pest Control Company Ever!! We had the technician, Josh, out to our house today to start new service since its Spring and we are welcoming all of our unwanted friends back to the neighborhood (gotta love those bugs)! He was very informative about the whole process, actually sprayed the inside of our entire home (haven't found many pest control companies that have done that in our area), and brushed/sprayed the outside of our house for those mosquitoes that keep finding their way into our home. I highly recommend their services if anyone is looking for a top-quality company, and make sure to ask for Josh. He's the best!! Thank you for everything :)

Josh came out and took care of all of the webs and got my house (inside and outside) and yard taken care of to help get rid of all the bugs and wasps I have had for a long time. We’ve had some rodent issues lately and Josh came out and explained everything and eased my mind about getting rid of them. This is a great company. Would recommend them for sure! 5 ⭐️

On a recent Wednesday evening around 8PM, a representative from Cima Solutions was actively soliciting in our neighborhood in Murfreesboro, despite our entrances being clearly posted with No Soliciting and No Trespassing signs. When I first approached him, I politely informed him that our neighborhood does not allow soliciting and even showed him a photo of the large sign he had to pass upon entering. He acknowledged he was soliciting and claimed he hadn’t seen the sign. I made it clear that he was now informed and expected to leave. Instead of leaving, he told me to “have a nice day” and continued on to solicit at several more homes on his Segway. I caught up with him again shortly afterward and he insisted that they were permitted to solicit in Murfreesboro. I called our HOA manager on speakerphone during that conversation, who confirmed that solicitation is only permitted in non-posted neighborhoods, meaning he was in clear violation. He said he was only visiting homes with lights on to avoid disturbing anyone, particularly families with babies. I explained that a lit home doesn’t mean it’s an appropriate time—ringing the doorbell or knocking can easily disturb sleeping children or trigger barking dogs. He admitted they typically stop when it gets dark, and by this time it was so he called for someone to come pick him up. On top of that, he rode his Segway through yards, which left noticeable grooves in the wet grass. These signs of property damage were visible in several areas and were particularly frustrating given recent rainfall and soft ground. Several neighbors posted similar concerns and Ring footage on our neighborhood Facebook group, with many expressing frustration at how he behaved around their homes until told to leave. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope Cima Solutions will take this feedback seriously and ensure their representatives are trained to respect posted signage, property, and residents' privacy moving forward.

They have very nice but aggressive young salesmans that come to the door get you to sign up but if you change your mind be ready to pay $175 even if you don't complete the year service. Also very weird that you can't cancel service from customer portal.... I had to call several times to get a call back even though they were open. Overall if they come to your door just say no and close the door and don't talk to them overwise you'll end up $175 short just like me.

Good service, but the pest returned a few months later. Very hard to rid outside pest such as wasps, hornets & ants etc.,
