Jalen (please forgive me if I misspelled his name) has come to our home for the past two quarterly services, and he has been exceptional each time. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. His attention to detail and thoroughness have truly stood out, and we feel confident in the quality of service he provides. The company overall has also been wonderful to work with. When I initially called regarding a rodent issue, Anita was extremely helpful and professional. She informed me they could schedule service within just a few days, which immediately impressed me. The work that was done is what I expected. I did not however think that this technician found stuff that was not not done last year.

Any company that is going door to door and thinks it's ok to keep trying to push a "sale" AFTER the customer says, "I'm sorry you'd have to talk to my husband about this, and he isn't home right now." AND KEEPS TALKING and trying to push a sale is not professional in anyway. My grandmother told the guy at the door that she didn't handle that stuff he'd have to talk to her husband and he wasn't home and he kept trying to get her to sign something on his tablet. Then when she said, "I don't want to be rude and shut the door in your face but you're giving me no choice." HE STILL KEPT TALKING! So she shut the door, and we still heard him talking. Very sad and unprofessional. Also there was no vehicle in sight so that was also very suspicious. If your going door to door I understand you might not he driving door to door you might walk, but you can see both ends of our road from where our house sits and there was no unfamiliar car in sight, so that was also very creepy to us. Definitely do not recommend this company for the lack of professionalism. This is lebanon, tn

Our company does not do door to door sales nor do we have sales people. We also do not use tablets as part of our equipment. We have logos on all our trucks along with phone numbers. This place is just absolutely terrible they were the bug place for my fathers house and I swear it’s like they baited the ants they didn’t take care of it it’s like they baited him to come after they left it seem like there was even more of them then I called the lady and she yelled at me on the phone

Mr. Wolcott, I am sorry to hear about your experience. I am taking over the internet reviews for our company and wanted to take time to respond. Ants are very particular insects. The moisture in and around a home and other environmental factors all go into their activity levels. Baiting for ants is one of the mainstays for treatment today, but what happens with baiting is that it does recruit ants to the bait so they can feed on it, take it back to their colony, and pass the bait around. Depending on the other food sources around and the ant population can lead to a lag in the decrease of the ant population as well as their activity levels. It is normal to see an increase in activity of ants while baiting due to the fact that the ants tell other ants where the bait is so they can come feed on it as well. Looking at your father's account I see that his pest service was actually provided through a state agency. Because of that the state agency actually sets our service schedule. They tell us when to start and stop the services, how many times and how often we can go do the services. They even tell us what they are going to pay us for the services. We have no say in these stipulations. I am sorry we did not meet yours or your father's expectations. I apologize for the communication on the phone with our office personnel. I will address both of these issues at our next company meeting as a whole so we are giving our customers the information they need about expectations on our service methods and the appropriate communication with our customers. Any company that has no problem running someone off the road, tailgating and speeding has no business driving!! This happened this morning on 70 all the way from Lebanon to Mt. Juliet! Not a business I would use because they would run right through your home not caring!!
