Although it was Austin 's first time providing service to my residence, he was very polite, respectful and the ultimate customer care professional. I've been with Wayne's Pest Control for many years.
Bradley came by to do my termite bait traps on 3/26/26. He took time to answer all my questions and showed me the traps as he checked. He replaced all the parts that had been damaged.
Very respectable young man and am very pleased with his performance

Kirkland's encapsolated my crawl space and installed a dehumidifier- this keeps the mold away.
Austin performed my annual termite inspection on Thursday, 19 March. As part of the inspection, he went into the crawl space to look for damage and take moisture measurements of the wood floor joists. I asked Austin to look for signs of wet flooring / mold and mildew if he could. Austin cheerfully agreed to my request and let me know my crawl space was dry with no signs of moisture, mold or mildew after he completed his inspection. Thanks for going the extra mile, Austin! No ticket was left to inform me of his findings. I was not here during the inspection. I was not aware of the inspection.
This was a really unsatisfying experience from start to finish. We use Wayne’s for termites because it came with the house from our builders. We’ve never had issues but not much to have issues with. Yesterday morning I heard something scratching in the attic and called them as soon as I heard it. Ben calls me back, we try to schedule the visit, and he puts me down for Thursday. My husbands card is on file since we have termite services and they told me the card wouldn’t work. I look and see on our account that it was ran for the termites, and was ran for the $200 service even though they said the card doesn’t work. My husband calls to update it and I reiterated over and over I would be the one who was meeting them at the house so he was strictly payments and I was scheduling and Ben reassured me he made that note. Fast forward and my husband gets the call that they would be out today from 8-10am. Clearly not noted. I send a text to Ben that I needed the call this morning not my husband. As the man is in my driveway he called to let me know he was there and didn’t see the note about 30 minutes. This should be standard practice to let people know you’re on the way to their homes, weird that it’s not. He arrives and said there was no mention of rodents, just that we wanted the pest control service, that’s the exact opposite of what we discussed numerous times yesterday!! He opens the attic and stands on the ladder and puts down a sticky pad, doesn’t go up or look around, anything. He says he’s going to spray inside as part of this, he does the spare bedrooms that’s are unused and the back door, not even our main bedroom or office, kitchen etc. $200 to do less than I would have done is extremely difficult to process. We will not continue with the $40 monthly service and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. I’m seriously doubting the quality of termite monitoring we’re receiving after this…..
I’m a travel nurse so I’m barely home but I keep an eye out on my camera a few months ago. Wayne’s employee Mike knocked my camera off. It went out and I had to get a neighbor to go fix it so I can see while I was away. He lied and said he would come and fix it because he lives nearby. I don’t recall seeing him on the camera but he could’ve and I missed him considering I work nights. But I’m assuming he didn’t b/c my camera is still barely hanging out of the brick and ADT wants to charge me to come repair but yet Wayne prices are going up. Go figures. When I’m back home my next agenda is to find another company.

I always used Kirkland's Pest control and they were bought out by Wayne's. I never had one problem with Kirkland's but not that Wayne's have taken over it's a joke!! I have terminated my service with them. They got me to change to the new termite treatment they had told me how much it would be and I agreed and my bill was almost 3x that price and when you try to talk to them they act like you are lying and don't know what you are talking about. I mean I do because I ask what my bill was going to be before I took the new treatment but that wasn't what it was. I say just find someone else. Wayne's isn't a hometown business and that's exactly how you get treated like you don't matter!
I don't know how good they were, no one ever called me back to schedule appointment.
We asked the employee about what chemicals are in the spray for outside and he immediately got a big attitude and was very condescending (and provided NO information). We just wanted to reschedule to research the chemicals, but he said since we are renters we dont have a say in the matter! My husband and I both have asthma and have noticed for a few days after they spray the outside our asthma would get bad. Also, the day of spraying I get a bad sore throat every time I step outside. This is a terrible company and would NOT recommend to anyone!! P.s.- I looked on their website for information on the chemicals and there is none. Just blurbs about what they do and lots of pics of scary bugs and rodents. If any one knows please let me know! Thanks
