They bought out Mack's in Jackson, TN. Every time I need to contact someone with changes to our service, I get the automated system and it's so aggravating trying to navigate to an actual person that can understand the adjustments without it just trying to reschedule our service. As someone making a call, I would prefer to speak with a live person to handle my questions/changes over AI. If it wasn't something I needed handled immediately I would have just sent an email. My mom had her house treated for termites and raved about the service she received. Jeff Smith made the recommendation and he went way above what any normal tech would do. He made sure she understood what exactly she would be receiving as part of her service. Now mind you, she was a 50 year customer of a different pest control outfit which she never received proper service. She is very pleased with the tech (Jason) that came out. He was outstanding too. She is now recommending Lookout to everyon

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a termite inspection done by lookout pest control for a house we were purchasing. There unqualified inspector did the inspection (there words) and didn't notice any of the signs, so they passed the inspection. After we moved into our home we noticed that there were soft spots on the walls and tiny holes with a mud like substance covering the holes. I cut back the paint on one of the soft spots and it's infested with termites! We called to let them know what was
