Horrible customer service. They got my information from property records and tried to collect the previous owners debt from me…. Have had numerous conversations with Jennifer, the last of which she assured me it was resolved. They now have turned me over to collections for a debt I have proved twice is not mine! Also, the “debt” they’re trying to collect from me is over 5 years old!

Marc came out and spent time explaining treatments to me and my husband. He was very Professional took his time and we definitely did not feel that he was in a hurry. John was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Give that gentleman a promotion!!! He literally took the time to explain everything as well as pointing out things I didn’t even notice! He explained each chemical he was using and what they were for. He also told me if I needed him to come back out he wouldn’t mind because he was always in our area of town. He was so sweet and he went beyond and out to make sure I was satisfied after the service was complete. I told him I wanted it to be him specifically every time we get serviced!!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every employee is helpful and kind. They do the job and they do it correctly. I am very happy with their services. They provide quarterly pest control, annual termite inspections and they just completed a one time treatment of boracare at my house.
