Barnes Exterminating and Pest Control Company

Terrible service. We had Barnes come out several times. Their pesticide or whatever they used was not effective at getting rid of the bugs. We cancelled the service. Then one of their employees came out to spray and we told them we cancelled and do not want you to spray. They said you are paid up and might as well do it. We said fine as long as you don’t charge us and it’s already paid for. Well guess what we received a bill. I called and told them of the poor service that didn’t work and

I have never seen anyone take down a hornets nest without protection. No wonder such a mess was left by Barnes Exterminator!! However, I did not want to post a review but he insisted this helped his employees. The employee thought it was a small nest from what the office told him but I informed the President that it was bigger than a football. The young man was really nice and we watched from the door to make sure he did not get stung and need help. The only other person I talked with was

I would have given a 0 but there was no option! Most mismanaged company I have ever dealt with would not ever want them on My property again, which they didn’t show up today. I called and told lady I was done and wasn’t going to use them ever again. My property has a gate which service guys don't had code… tonight I gat a statement they did my service…. No they didn’t and I better not get a bill. The woman knew I was done and didn’t want them back. Their communication skills are unacceptable! S
