Terrible service. We had Barnes come out several times. Their pesticide or whatever they used was not effective at getting rid of the bugs. We cancelled the service. Then one of their employees came out to spray and we told them we cancelled and do not want you to spray. They said you are paid up and might as well do it. We said fine as long as you don’t charge us and it’s already paid for. Well guess what we received a bill. I called and told them of the poor service that didn’t work and

The entire experience has been amazing! From. The friendly scheduling to the prompt arrival, and especially the attention to detail. I feel as if other companies I have used in the past (Barnes if I’m being totally transparent) never really sprayed anything.
