Finding bugs in your home is never a good thing. The entire team at Grubbs responded promptly to our request for assistance. From start to finish, they were all thorougly professional and patient with. Highly recommended. Bonus points -- when I called the phone number on their web site, I got to speak to a person, not an automated system.

Eddie Pollard was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. My spider issue has resolved and he has addressed a new recent issue with rodents very quickly. He responds to texts or calls and has been easy to work with . I would recommend Eddie and Grubbs Pest to friends and family .

Absolutely horrible customer service. Someone from my corporate office called them to come out because we'd been seeing brown recluse spiders. We were told an exterminator would be out that Friday. When the guy showed up he was rude, didn't bring any equipment for treatment, and said he couldn't guarantee it would do anything for spiders. His attitude made me decide to not schedule a future service. I told him I'd call him. Went with another company instead. The next Wednesday the same tech showed up and said he was ready to go ahead and start. My boss told him we decided to use a different company and he got very angry and stormed out saying "whatever then". Not professional in the slightest. Very glad we chose not to do business with this company.
