This year they have taken it uoon themselves to schedule in November and December, NOT SHOW UP, AND CHARGE ME. I normally pay online so they has my credit card info. Please for the love of your home, DON’T USE THE COMPANY!!! No matter if you’re a buyer or seller of your home, stay clear from this company. We had FOUR other professional companies with great reviews look over our crawl space including inspectors and no termites were determined. This company comes along, with the request of the buyer at the end of our sale and all of a sudden they apparently see live termites. I would not recommend anybody to use this pest control company at all.they was supposed to come out and never did show up or call to let use know anything,I had to call them and they said the man had a emergency call and I will call u back to let u know when they r coming out,wenever did here from them so my husband called and they still couldn’t tell him anything either.who ever is running this company now is running this business down.They r very rude and unprofessional.
