Cook's Pest Control Inc

For the last several months they have just literally shown up to my house. I work from home and it’s super inconvenient and also completely disrespectful to send a random man to my house and expect me to let him into my home with my children here, cooks van or not. I don’t know that man and never even spoke a word. Just shows up? No call to say there was a switch? No call to ask before coming? One time I wasn’t even home and missed them. They called or texted for years and then just stopped. Going with a different company for sure.

I don't know who answers the phone for this company but I was hung up on twice this morning and my number was blocked. Very rude and unprofessional.

The company has been amazing. They're personable, reliable, and haven't tried to screw us over like the big time companies. They break it down on what's wrong (if anything), what's recommended, and the solution versus other companies making your issue sound 10x worse and charging out the behind.

I have used them for close to a year and I have no complaints at all. Fixed every issue I had quickly and efficiently. Andrew was the name of the tech I had and he was very polite and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

I called them one morning and they came out the same day. They are really nice and they really care about making sure you see a difference. I was told to call back out that day, if I still think more needed to be done. That was not necessary as the man that came out did enough. More than he even had too. We haven't seen anything since the first visit.Great people.
