Franklin pest control is number one in their industry. Earl and Ted are very polite, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them for your pest control experience. Follow me for more reviews.

I previously posted a negative review but they came back and resolved the issue. We are back on track and I just need to figure a way to edit the previous review. In meantime, wanted to post this.

You should go somewhere else. When they stop by for service they hardly use any chemical and don't cover a broad area at all. They didn't spray the porch area, deck area or garage. We pay for mosquito service too and they didn't spray longer than about 5 minutes around the house and didn't cover a majority of the area. I will not be renewing!

I reached out to this company. Received a call back and made an appointment for a job estimate. No show. No call. Unimpressive to say the least.

Salesman promised the world of making multiple trips per month and using specialized solutions for any pests we had, but they used the same basic solutions month after month and my bug problem persisted. I called them about specific bugs and when they got to my house, they acted like I failed to tell them about the bugs. They forgot to come to my house 3 months in a row and I had to call them 4 times to remind them to refund me, again, making it seem like it was my fault I didn’t remind them time after time. Terrible company.

Franklin Pest Control came the next day after calling for an assessment on my critter issue. Earl was very professional, polite and honest with me. What a pleasure to work with someone so thoughtful.

We have used Franklin Pest Control for 2-1/2 years. I cannot say enough good things about Earl & his team. First, we live in the woods on nearly 6 acres and it’s amazing how much they control the pests. When we first built our home there were many, many bugs, and Earl’s team came out weekly for a month or so until they got the pests under control. On top of doing an excellent job at their core business, every single employee we’ve interacted with is incredibly kind, well-mannered, and they always look sharp. I cannot recommend this company enough. We love Earl & Franklin Pest Control!!

I would just like to shed information pertaining to the fake profile created to attempt to harm someone with your hate. Nyasia Adelaide has cowardly hidden behind someone else's name. This so funny to me because you were bold enough come on here to say something that has absolutely NOTHING to do with the company but to SCARED to tell everyone who your really are. It doesn't matter WHO YOU ARE... LAW OR NOT, GOD IS DEFINITLY GOING TO DEAL WITH YOU!!!! Let me tell you how God operates... when you do something because of HATE it becomes a debt AGAINST your name... IT IS COMING BACK TO YOU... IT WILL COME FOR YOU AND WHEN IT DOES THINK ABOUT ME... HIS NIECE. OH YOU WAIT!! THANK YOU GOD FOR MAKING EMEMIES... FOOTSTOOLS. And by the way I used all caps to symbolize I'm yelling because it's strong possibility that it is something you are used to (WINK)!!! Be Blessed... you're gonna need it!!!

Franklin Pest Control has always provided exceptional services; therefore, I recommend them. The Company is very punctual, responsive to questions, cost-effective, and professional. The technicians that I have worked with are very knowledgeable, cordial, polished, and helpful. They are dedicated to ensuring that everything is carried out properly. FPC had the best price for the service provided when I researched options. They are very responsive to our needs. They spray indoors and outdoors once a month and will come out again as needed if we notice any bugs or problems usually the very next day after we tell them about the problem. The employees and especially the owner are professional and friendly.

An absolutely professional company! My family & I been served by Franklin Pest Control, LLC since the beginning! I recently had the pleasure to come aboard as a staff member, & I must say it is an absolute pleasure and honor to say the least, to work with Mr. Lipscomb.
