Arrow Exterminators

My Experience with Arrow had been the least professional. Other than the initial sales pitch where they seemed quite enthusiastic about their services, they had very poor communication with customer. My biggest annoyance was all they did on the morning they had to perform pest control service, they send me an invoice to my email to pay the amount. I was not at home when they came and i had repeated communications sent out a day or two earlier indicating that just let me know the time they arrive

I was completely unimpressed with Arrow. I scedualed a summer treatment plan and had them come out once a month for 3 months. They did fine the first month, but by the second I had to make them come out and when I asked for a second time for that month they never came. They never showed up for month 3 and then today the 23rd of October almost 3 months sense I have last seen anyone a guy came to the door and said he was here to do my bug treatment. We moved into our house sept 2015. At that time the previous owner used arrow pest but I previously used cooks, so I had cooks come out and put in their termite bait traps. So when the previous owners contract expired and they called to see what we wanted it to do, we explained we already had cooks install. They said ok and then came and stole all the bait traps because when cooks came to inspect them, guess what was missing. Arrow knew that they were cooks and attempted to screw over my family.
