The technician was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful with my ant infestation. He noticed that I was a veteran just like himself and thanked me for my service. So I asked about a military discount and was given it! I would 100% recommend them!

The communication with EcoPro is excellent: sent reminder and arrival time. Blake was able to inspect the property and answer all my questions. There was no requirement for a contract and he did not try to push additional services. This is a process so there will be a check in two weeks to determine next steps.

This is my first time using this company so when I started looking into termite prevention, I contacted them for a free estimate. They returned my estimate request within a day or so and set up an appointment. Blake conducted the estimate and gave me the available options for prevention, answered any questions I had, and provided a no pressure estimate. Blake installed the bait stations, cleaned up around stations, and explained everything about future annual inspections. Very pleased with company's responsiveness and professionalism.
