All of the employees at this company who worked our job were phenomenal! They were polite, professional, knowledgeable, timely, and communicated very successfully about what they were doing, and when they were coming. Our job had a couple of hiccups which they addressed immediately and rectified successfully. My husband and I have very high standards and this company completely lived up to them. We would not hesitate to refer them to other folks and will certainly use them again. It was quite a pleasure to work with such a professional and upbeat group of people who know their job responsibilities and enact them with a positive attitude. Well done. The job was pricey, but the scope of work was significant. Honestly we don’t think there is a company that has the knowledge and capabilities to complete our job successfully any where near us. We were extremely glad that they were available to assist us.

They remove some insulation and replaced it with new. They did a great job and cleaned up after it was done.

From the sale staff to Riley and Gavin did a fantastic job installing insulation in my crawspace wasted no time did 900 squire foot in two hours I would recommend them to anyone needing insulation work done our any types of work they do thank you and have a blessed day David.

Raccoons in the crawlspace! Animal Removal came the same day and did a full inspection attic to crawlspace. Shored up the vents where other animals could enter, cleaned out the junk under the house and installed a vapor barrier. Also several anti-bacterial foggers. The 3 crew members were professional, respectful, and made me feel comfortable by asking my permission to access what they needed. Highly recommend this company!

These folks are absolutely AWESOME!! I really can't say thank you enough for their kindness and professionalism, they're also very reasonably priced and offer financing; you guys have made my life so good right now. Justin and Riley were the two primary techs that did the project on my house, they installed one way door/valves initially, and then came back to clean up and insulated the attic. These two young men were incredibly courteous and professional the entire time and did a magnificent job with their work. They were super professional the entire time the project was taking place, and always made sure to call me the day before they were coming out, and the day of (when they were about thirty minutes out), and in instances where they weren't able to make it (the massive snow storm we had about a month ago made my roof inaccessible due to ice). If you have ANY animal removal needs or insulation issues, please please call these guys first thing, don't even look into other businesses, they do it all and they do it right. We are very pleased with the service from Total Animal Control and would highly recommend them. Nathan Jackson was very prompt, courteous and professional. He thoroughly examined our crawlspace and took plentiful pictures and gathered other information to assist in an insurance claim. He very thoroughly examined our entire property to verify the presence and access points in our situation, which happened to be a raccoon that did very significant damage to our ductwork. Nathan gave us several options to consider, and was never high-pressure, noting it was our decision to be made in our best interest. My sister lives outside Lenoir City and had a report of copperheads being seen on her porch. I called the Knoxville office of Complete Animal Removal and scheduled a snake search. Nathan came to the property and did a very thorough search of the garage, barn, and house perimeter. Fortunately for us, he found no snakes and no evidence of snakes. He moved a lot of boxes that were stored in the garage in order to do a thorough search and did so without any hesitation. A huge thank you to Nathan for his expertise and for being such a pleasure to work with.

Young Williams recommended I give them a call to address some pigeons that took to a structure on my roof. In a short afternoon they removed the structure for me so that the pigeon problem would be solved. They even painted the area for me after to make sure it blended with the rest of my home! Both men were friendly, kind, and informative. As a female that was home alone for the service, I felt completely comfortable inviting them into my home. Should I have pigeons again (let's hope not!), I'd absolutely be giving Complete Animal Removal a call.
