I have done business with them for about 6 years with an annual service plan that covered quarterly pest control and servicing my underhouse dehumidifier. We had them out to spray two rooms in out house a little over a month ago. They showed up promptly but the guy obviously had no clue what he was doing. Used company to encapsulate my crawl space. Huge mistake! Salesperson told my wife and I that it would take care of the water issue in crawl space. It didn't! Because it wasn't in the contract company assumed no responsibility for what we were told. Work that was done was sloppy with lots of mud and cuts purposely made in barrier attempting to drain the water on what is supposed to be a nice bright white enclosure. You probably won't see my crawl space pics in their brochure but I have them i
