Was a customer for four years with mid state. However today I saw bugs in my home after just having it serviced on September 4th. I called to get an in between visit asap and they told me no one could come out to service until next month. Very disappointed. I pay $90+ for them to prevent bugs in my home and to come out within a reasonable time frame when I need them. Not 2 plus weeks out. Lost a customer today. Not to mention the lady I spoke with was rude.. However I would love to recommend Empirical pest management out of Roane County, came to service my home within 2 hrs of me calling. This is how it should be.

Called early last week for termite and general pest control service in Fairfield. I was told a tech would be out Friday 5/31. Wife took off work to stay home. Midstate was a No call No show 100% Unprofessional …..it takes 1 minute to call (or text) and say “we can’t make it”. Stephen Littlefield You have my contact info. The only service the technician didn't do was to put mice bait in the crawl space like the past technician did. Otherwise great service

My original person who usually comes, he knocks on my door to let me know he is here and asks if I have any problems; the guy that came today didn't knock but I saw he did spray and cleaned cobwebs. Which I'm happy with.

Our office has been without power for 3 days this week and we have been directing our efforts to helping our Midstate families with the devastation they have experienced from the tornado. Mid State Exterminators are Liars. Poor Communicators. Billing mistakes. These folks are UNPROFESSIONAL. Stay away.
