TERRIBLE company. The lady was very rude to my staff when they called to complain about an ant problem that THEY couldn’t get rid of, and then they said the manager would call but he didn’t never call! Come to find out they charge way more than other companies and when I switch ed to cook’s, they actually got rid of the ants. Don’t waste your time with arrow

Weston is one of the best. If you need someone who is a professional and very knowledgeable about the job this is your person. He educated us on how to keep pest like mice away. We had a mouse problem and while tracking the mouse Mr. Weston found to ran from the pantry to up under the dryer, while trying to catch it ran away again but Mr. Weston wasn't going g to leave until he caught that mouse and he did. Now we can sleep peacefully knowing that we don't have that pest problem anymore. So thank you very much Mr. Weston and the hard working people at Arrow exterminators.

Would not recommend using these guys for the sole purpose of their pushy salesman, the service provided by the technician was great but the salesman came by, which mind you the first experience with him was horrible but to keep coming by and contacting me for what it seems like he was trying to get dirt on a technician, was very unprofessional, they need to get a wrap on that guy
