Robert is the best out there so happy we found you for our pest control

Robert was absolutely great the first year, literally did the best work ever . I’m not sure if he has so many clients he just can’t get to them all but he was supposed come to my home April 2 never showed up. I contacted him April 10 via text and phone call. Never heard anything several times in May and in June I was even very worried about him until his voicemail said that he was out of town the week of Memorial Day weekend I’ve been a good client and always gotten along great with Robert and love his work, but I don’t think this is how you should treat a good client at the very least respond back I even put this review but because I really wanted Robert to come to work at my house I held out too long and now since I have a lot of land, a mouse is in my house, tearing up my insulation because Robert hasn’t been out there to refill my traps. I’m really disappointed in him. I hope that when he reads this that he takes this into account and is more organized in responding and being Respectful in terms of just letting your client know what’s going on or at least replying to a call or text, especially when you’re going on two years of being a client.

Never even thought to leave a review, but I have been a customer for a few years now. If I have a pest problem and I call, that problem is no more. Period…. Wasps, spiders (I live in a house that was built in the 40s) mice, we’ve had it all. After he services I have ZERO problems almost immediately. He’s gone out of his way to treat areas around our children’s toys, and he always sends a reminder. I was not surprised to see 100+ FIVE STAR reviews! Can’t go wrong here

Amazing company! Robert came for an emergency service after hours to treat our home for a wasp infestation. We are so grateful for his kindness and willingness to go out of his way to help us. I couldn’t even leave my house during the day because of the wasps and I’m looking forward to using my porch again!

If your gonna go with a pest control go with JNS Pest control. They are very professional and awesome and respectful. I called thinking maybe get in later in the week. They came that day I called. Thanks for everything and I will be using JNS in the future!

Knowledgeable, high quality work

I hesitated writing a review, because if he becomes more popular, it may be hard to get him out to my house, but looks like the word is out! Best pest control person I have ever met. Cares about my personal pest issues, takes the time to figure out possible causes and solutions, and the results have been FAR better than the two companies I tried before. It isn't even close.

Robert is absolutely the best ! He really takes the time to help you understand the game plan and what he does it works ! I was ready to burn my house down bc I was losing it over pest issues but Robert saved the day definitely recommend!

This was my first experience using a professional pest control company. I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of the ants by myself with no luck. Ants were exceptionally bad all around the exterior of my house and in the kitchen area. Contacted Robert by googling pest control companies near me and saw his 5 star reviews. He showed up on time and explained the treatment process and even followed up with me a few days later to see if we had any ants. NO ANTS inside or out!!! He is very friendly and professional and great with my dogs. His pricing was very affordable. He is now my go to pest control guy.

Robert is very nice and knowledgeable! Not only did he spray and set my bait boxes but he also showed me where to caulk to help keep bugs and critters out! He helped educate my family and listened to my concerns. Would highly recommend!

Robert came out the day after we called. We let him know what concerns we had, spiders! And he took the time to show us areas in the house they can easily get in. He explained his service and cost in detail leaving us with virtually no questions. He is very thorough and provides great service for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend!
