My wife and I moved our family to a farm in 2021 to have more space. Built a pool and have really enjoyed it, but wasps became a major problem. The first company I used had no solution, which was surprising to me because I thought this was a great and popular company. By 2023 we were getting desperate - for example, everyone would take their own fly swatters to the pool to kill them while we swam, it was a war zone! Thank goodness we found Defender Pest Control. I honestly don't even remember how I found them, but it was our saving grace. DPC sprayed our house in February '24 before these pests had a chance to nest after winter, and they've stayed on top of it by applying every two months. It's like a miracle, we have no issue whatsoever now with wasps. I highly recommend Defender Pest Control.

Michael is amazing! He's timely and honestly, pretty flexible. I'm usually not at home, so I have to turn my alarm off and give him the code to get inside. When he leaves, he sets the alarm and locks the door, without being told. It's the little things like that, that make customer service seem personalized and special.
