I don't want to use your service anymore, it's the second month and I still have cockroaches in the house, the representative you send on the first visit said that he hasn't been told what kind of cockroach it was, they are supposed to be prepared for that , on the second month visit he said the same thing and that he did not have the right product to treat that cockroach and that he did not have the time to put the product on. Very disappointed in the operations here. We purchased a new construction home in which the centricon system was installed prior to us purchasing. After about 9 months living here, we come home to a flyer saying they updated the system. Zero phone call, zero conversation. We then received a 280.00 bill in the mail for something we never agreed to. I called, and they removed the bill and said they would come remove the system, which i was fine with. Today, they show up to remove the system

We hired Arrow exterminators to take care of a few issues at our rural property: termites, carpenter bees, mosquitos and rodents. They came out for several treatments over a period of months and the day after one outdoor spray around the house (March 29th) all the koi and other fish in the recreational pond immediately in front of the house started to die (see pictures) and were all dead within 23-48 hours. There was a film on top of the water that indicated some spray had blown in. I contacted
