They sent a bill saying I was delinquent and my account was going to a collection agency. I have outstanding credit. Was NOT delinquent. I couldn't speak to a manager. I sent a letter. No reply. They sent bill for termite renewal. I returned with nasty note about never having satisfaction from billing issue and close to cancelling pest treatment. They sent another invoice for termite contract. Am looking for another company.

The technician was late by at least an hour outside the promised time. When the technician finally arrived he stated he could not spray inside with us in the house. We would have to leave the house for at least 30 minutes. We had never had to leave before. We were not notified ahead of his visit.

I called SEVERAL times over a couple of weeks to get an estimate for services. I bvb got NOTHING, no return call, no estimate, nothing. Apparently they don't need business. I do not recommend.
