DO NOT go through these people!!,extremely disrespectful staff and employees,place is a joke amd a complete waste of your money

Just hired them to come out and sprayed very friendly staff from the office to Mr Andrew that came glad I hired them

I have been with CMAC Pest Control for more than 10 years and have NEVER had a problem. Prompt and courteous service always. Highly recommend them for their services.

I hired CMAC for a Cl100 last week. The technician showed up 90 minutes late and then asked me if I wanted the whole house checked because he didn't have a ladder to check the attic. The technician found a step ladder in the house and decided he could use that for his "thorough" inspection of the attic space. The following day I called for the report and to pay the balance and my call was never returned. A full 7 days later, they decided to call me because I owed them the payment. After making the payment I was told that I would receive the report in 30 minutes. 2 hours have passed and I still don't have the report. Why is it so hard to have good customer service? Why do companies want to charge top dollar for their work and then deliver Walmart level service? I do not recommend this company for any service. Save yourself the time and trouble and find someone else to help you. Update. It is 11am the next day. I still haven't received the report.

Don't bother making an appointment with these people. They'll promise you a time and day (maybe earlier even), then when the time comes, no call at all, just excuses.

I have had this company spraying my home quarterly for the past 2 years. They are always friendly, on time, and the products they use keeps our old home big free!

Aaron was very polite and very punctual. He explained everything to us and we liked him so much we asked to be put on the quarterly plan.
