We're very sorry to hear you think the service wasnt what you needed. You are correct that we do follow up with a call and to schedule follow ups. Generally with customer cooperation infestation issues are resolved in a couple visits with each visit charged separately as described during the initial service call. This is done because the customer may not need follow-up services and we choose to treat the customer fairly and not charge for things they may not need.

Man, these guys are great. Quick and easy, in and out with no problems. Very effective have not noticed any pests since we started doing business with low country pest control. They are patient as I get my pets out of the way. Every crew they have sent over the year or so have been awesome, respectful, and effective.
