Always a pleasure to deal with the service people and office personnel. We are very pleased with the job they do and are very knowledgeable if you have any questions. We also like dealing with local companies instead of big corporations!

We have been with Patriot Pest since they first came to our area years ago. C J is our professional that does our maintenance. We appreciate everything that is done. Some things that are done are extra that we know isn't part of the job. It's making clients happy and giving them a little extra care that everyone is not willing to do. Thanks to everyone on the team for making our life easier not having to deal with annoying pests.

I'm very pleased with Patriot Pest! They assign the same employee (Shane) to service my property every time. Shane is polite, super helpful, and multi talented. He not only sprays for bugs but if he notices other potential problems on my property he points them out to me. As a first time homeowner I feel secure in using Patriot Pest for multiple services.

They did what they said they would do when they said they would do st a very reasonable price.

Called for service, charged and was told it was treated. Reached out to Bill the “owner” or senior technician. Zach was sent back to my house where he did NOT re spray my house he simply said I needed to not use my garage for car seats and strollers and that it is why my problem still was an issue. Reached out to Bill the “owner” or senior technician and which I explained I was home and house was not retreated with absolutely no response and also no response from the front desk when the issue was addressed with her as well. “Family owned” and operated only goes as far as the convince to do the job does. Find someone else to do your service. Service order attached for reference. 🙂

Very unprofessional and immature, I was recommended the service by someone who worked there before but they don’t know how separate business and personal problems.

Showed up to my house without an appointment, entered the backyard without first calling me. Was told someone would reach out; no one did. Then got a call saying someone would be at my house that day without an appointment. I wasn’t home. A week or two later I finally got a call for an appointment! Major Lack of communication! If my German shepherd had been loose in the backyard things could have ended badly! Please communicate!

My first quarterly had to be redone. The returning technician allowed someone other than me, the account holder, service requester and authorizer, and homeowner to sign the work order. Know that their pest control technicians are not bonded so if something goes missing, there is nothing you can do about it. I will not be using them again.

Cannot get rid of your problems, three treatments and tge bugs are worse now than before service. Also don't like companies who try to benefit off of our veterans Call someone else.

Find somewhere else.

Very, unprofessional! The lady is arrogant and super rude with a foul mouth!! Buyer beware do NOT deal with these people!
