When he came in he took his boots off to enter our house which would tell me that he respects our house. After that he went outside and we looked at several different situations that was concerning our house. He told me what they can do what they can't do. Called them to treat the ant problem we had on June 23rd which took care most of the problem. The weekend of July 14 some showed up so I called the following Monday and the lady said someone would be out Tuesday or Wednesday...well that Tuesday Wednesday has not arrived yet. They simply don't stand by their own words. They came back out to inspect and make sure that I was satisfied with their work. I am pleased overall with what was done.
