Easy Lawn Care recently trimmed our shrubs and did an excellent job. They also straightened some bricks and anchored them for me. Both Excellent work! I would recommend!!

These people are scamming! Cutting property continuously that I’ve sold! Then keep emailing me for money, I’ve been canceled these people more than a year ago which makes it so Sick!! Y’all need some money that bad I actually called you and payed y’all off! 🛑 it!! Wow😮

We love to hear from all of our former customers to see if we can improve in anyway. in this case, we have legally binding documentation and communication from you acknowledging the debt during the time period when the services were performed. It’s a shame that someone would use the power of a negative review to try to get a company to cancel invoices that they clearly owe.
Were not able to accomodate every 10 days (vs every week).

Thank you for the feedback, Eric! As I understand it, the rest of your customer journey was acceptable. Unfortunately, due to routing efficiency and keeping folks on the same day each week, using the same crew, accommodating the inconsistency of a 10 day request was not possible.
Easy Lawn Care does a Great job on our yard. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.

Great staff. Everyone was courteous and professional. They arrived as scheduled, did excellent work and cleaned everything up afterwards. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I honestly didn’t want to select this 1-Star. Yes, they do BASIC cutting. I started with grass cutting every 2wks with Bush trimming. I have a huge front and back yard. They did a HORRIBLE job! And not to mention, the Weed eating SUCKED! I needed them to cut the grass as low as possible however, it takes them about 15mins at the most which means they cut over the grass once both front and back and by the end of the week, my grass and dandelions are back high as crap. I work from home so I watched each time they came out. I also asked them why didn’t they trim my bushes, the guys looked confused and said they were there to only cut and bc they had other yards to do, my bushes had to be trimmed at the end of the next week so basically Grass was cut on a Monday and bushes were trimmed that next Thursday. I find that to be so weird bc why not just do it all at once?! I dislike this company and it was such an embarrassment when I see other yards that were beautifully cut so I hired someone else who has done a TREMENDOUS JOB each and every time! I rather pay more to get exactly what’s needed than to use these guys! I STRONGLY and HIGHLY would NEVER recommend or suggest this company. I thought maybe bc I seen their billboard on the highway, they would be good… however, it was very disappointing! So yes, they cut only enough to make sure you need them again! Never again!!

We strive to provide consistent, high-quality service, and in this case we want to keep the grass healthy by cutting no more than one third of the grass height. Regarding not being able to trim the bushes at your home, we have lawn maintenance crews and crews which are designated for trimming bushes, hedges, etc. These two types of services require different tools, this is the reason we have two crews for these services.<br><br>We appreciate your honest feedback and will review this situation with our team to ensure we make improvements where necessary. Traveling north on i85 at about 80-85mph and someone in a easy lawn care pros vehicle drove within 5 feet of our vehicle in traffic, went around us at probably close to 100mph, proceeded to flip us off, then cut us off causing us to almost have a high speed accident with my two young children in the car. piss poor representation of the company, not someone I would trust with servicing my property.

Terrible communication your unable to talk with anyone.very non responsive to texts. When you text them they send one back but not responding to the question you asked we tried this several times and received the same response????? Very frustrating!!!!
