Chad was professional, friendly, and overall a great person. He came out within a week to spray for spiders and I have not had a problem with them in the garage since.

We met Stokes Mosquito and Pest Control through their work keeping mosquitos away from our beautiful community pool. We were impressed with their strong customer service, knowledge and friendliness – a pleasure to work with. Chad Stokes, the owner, is very hands on and personally handled setting up our full-service plan. He also responds swiftly to questions using text message, phone call or by coming to see us. We are now able to enjoy our yard because we are no longer all-you-can-bite mosquito buffets! They also take care of any general pest control as we need it. Service is consistently prompt, affordable and reliable. Their service messaging system is super helpful. We get a reminder before scheduled service, and they always ask if there is any specific issue to be addressed. On the day of service, the system lets us know about when the technician will be arriving. Stokes Pest makes us feel like they care about us.

Outstanding service and communications. I always know when the technician is coming and is finished. I can see my billing and pay online, which is very convenient. We currently use the mosquito service and are expanding to add cockroach extermination for the house.

Stokes does pest control inside and outside my home. I am extremely happy with the services they provide and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to others. They notify you in advance what day they’re coming and again when they’re on the way. The owner Chad is very accommodating as is his worker Bobby. It’s also very nice knowing that the same person comes routinely to do pest control. One final note, you’re treated like family and not like a customer. I would give Stokes an A+ rating!

Extremely poor customer service. I submitted a request for service online and received a response from Charles with "Do not message me". I understand that you may get lots of spam however I feel it's unprofessional to assume I'm spam without making sure I am.

Susan, I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service as displayed by answering your call on Memorial Day when we were closed. We receive numerous spam emails daily and we were surprised to find out you were not a bot or spammer but a real person in search of service. Before responding to spam emails we do our best to identify whether the email is legitimate or not. Our search results based on the information you gave lead us to believe it was another spam email. Going forward we are taking extra precautions to ensure this does not happen again. Please know we are deeply sorry and are using this as an opportunity to improve our service. As a small family owned business, we do not take feedback lightly.
