Jury pest services is awesome!! I never have problems with pests. When I do have any problems with wasps or ants, I just call and a technician is sent out. All the techs are very polite and knowledgeable. Besides that, the thing I love the most is that they always remember that I am a shift worker and always find a way to accommodate my sleep schedule!! I plan on keeping their services for the foreseeable future!!

Jury came out because we had termites swarming then scheduled them to treat the house and they were very friendly felt comfortable around them, they explained what the treatment was. Any pest control company could have probably done the job, but they were really nice educated me on subterranean termites and their habits.

I contacted Jury Pest Control after discovering what I believed to be winged termites. Within 20 minutes, technician Paul returned my call and arrived at my home shortly after. He quickly identified the termite species, reassured me that the situation was manageable, and explained that my home’s concrete slab foundation reduced the risk of severe damage. We agreed on a treatment plan involving bait stations. Although the initial schedule was for the following week, Paul called later that evening to let me know he could complete the work the very next day. His team arrived first thing in the morning and handled the job efficiently and professionally. Thank you, Paul and the Jury Pest Control team, for your prompt response and thorough service. I truly appreciate your help in protecting my home and investment.

Well this is what a story began Monday October 20th ,2024. I was online looking for an exterminator and I came upon jury pest services. When I called this nice lady name is Rachel answer the phone and she proceeded to listen to me professionally and understanding what my problem was. She put me on hold and then came Paul and he listened to me intently about the problem that I had. After I finish talking he reassured me but out of a doubt that we can help you Mrs.Montgomery. at that point I was so grateful for the patience and understanding of Mr Paul and he said that we'll get right on it. And he was absolutely right about that I got the contract in my email that day and assigned it and it was such a reasonable price and it just let me know how much this family business called Jury pest services cared about their customers. This is my first time being a client of this company and I will not only continue to be one but promote to anyone that's looking for a pest services. So today Wednesday the 23rd Paul and his son Cameron came out to perform job at hand again came with smiles understanding what my situation was and just continue to reassure me that it all was going to work out that I had nothing to worry about at that point I felt very assured that Paul and Cameron father and the son will take care of the problem that I had and would be back 30 days later to reassess. Some I want to thank Paul, Cameron, Rachel, Brantley. For their premier customer service. This place is an absolute scam. They charge nearly $100 for an initial "evaluation" and then tried to charge me $1.8k to place termite bait stations. Unbelievable.

Hello Jacob Weiss, You have inaccurate information contact us so we can clarify what was estimated. Our records show the estimate was for three (3) structures at two different locations, one residential home at one address and a second residential home, and a large shop at another address. this was for a Termidor HE Liquid treatment and a bait treatment the $95 dollar fee is 100% refundable towards the cost of the treatment if we provide the service, you are not charged for both. Sorry for the miscommunication.

Would not recommend. Fell through multiple times on deadlines and follow through. Was one of the most overly difficult processes to deal with. The customer service was very poor, especially from the the lady who answers the phone.

I needed a termite clearance letter for the buyer's lender when selling my house. The technician told me that everything was fine. He said that even though there were no termites and moisture reading was good, he said it wouldn't hurt to have a treatment to prevent termites since there was no evidence of any previous treatment (aka drill holes). I asked, but it's optional, right, since there's never been termites? He said yes. I asked it's not required for the letter? He said no, that he would be issuing a clear termite letter. This was done well in advance for the closing. I get a call four days before closing saying the lender cannot accept the letter because while all boxes on the letter were checked NO, in the comments section, the technician wrote "recommend liquid treatment due to no evidence of drill holes". That's what he put to cancel out all the NO's throughout the letter!!! I called them to ask if they could remove it and they refused saying that that was the professional opinion. I asked them why would there be drill holes if there never were termites? Of course no termites means no treatment which means no holes would be there!!! I told them that GA code requires all homes' foundations to be pretreated before the structure can even be built on top, so the treatment was done when built. They rescinded their letter and told me to use someone else, that I wanted to tell them how to do their job when I mentioned the treatment took place when the home was built. Keep in mind this is four days before closing. There were none at present and never had been termites and they recommended liquid treatment just to get more money. On top of that, they said they would provide a letter within two days. I had to call 9 days later to get the letter from them because it was not sent. This is why I say they were not on time. When I called to ask about why the notes said a recommendation to make it not a clear letter, I was told that either the owner, the tech, or the lady I spoke to on the phone would call me back about it. They did not. The next day, I had to once again call them. This is why I say they're unresponsive. When I told them it made no sense to recommend a treatment on a letter for a house that had no termites, the lady hung me up. I had to call back. When I told her I did not appreciate her hanging up on me, she told me she did not appreciate me telling them how to do their job. This is why I say they are unprofessional. They are dishonest and only want to get your money. You cannot trust them. BEWARE! Do NOT use them!!! UPDATE: I did not yell, but I was firm in telling them how the regulations are strict about using chemicals when no infestation exists. She did not like my tone or me somehow knowing this, calling them out on it. As for the pre-treatment the home was pre-treated in 2000 when the home was taken down to the studs for the first rehab, and again in 2013 when we added on (both under GA code and permitted by the county which would require such a treatment). Just because I didn't have documentation to prove treatment they refused to change their opinion. Also, they did not write on the document that it was optional, which caused the lender to flag it as unacceptable despite no termites were present and never were. While they did not give me a quote on the treatment, they wouldn't let it go, or add "optional" as the tech told me it was, so it would be a clear letter even though verbally he stated more than once that it would be a clear letter. They rescinded their letter in retaliation for me calling them out on their discrepancies knowing the closing was in four days. As for using another exterminator, they were banking on me just using them, so the process would not have to start all over. They're very dishonest and there's no set system for the paperwork to move up the chain in a timely manner. As for it taking over a week to get the original letter and me having to call them to get it, I shouldn't have to do that when they state it would only be two days for they to send it. Totally unprofessional!

Thank you for your review Ms. Lee,<br>Our office personnel attempted to explain that the WDO Report (Wood Destroying Organisms Report) was filed in the manner that represented the findings.<br><br>Photos of the crawl space environment was provided, and as you could see there were issues in those photos.<br><br>The photos were provided to substantiate the verbiage in the WDO Report, to show what was written in the report was in fact truthful.<br><br>As a potential buyer of a property correct information is very valuable to anyone investing and making payments long term, or a bank lending or a financial institution investing in the same.<br><br>It’s required by us as a licensed professional operator.<br><br>Jury Pest Service’s takes great pride in how we represent ourselves and anyone we may be representing by truthfully stating what we find, as is the case with you and the home you were selling, as the photos clearly show.<br><br>In regards to the time frame, we have no control of the timing in which anyone reaches out to us for services. We only can control the time from which we are notified and the day of completion, which was very prompt by any standards.<br><br>Forgive us for the long reply, but in fairness to you, and to us we must answer fully.<br><br>In your paragraph, Ms. Lee you state the technician wrote in the comments section “recommend liquid treatment due to no evidence of drill hole’s.<br><br>We consider multiple factors when making recommendations. One of the factors is the evidence that a property has been treated within a reasonable amount of time from the date of construction and the years after construction. Or if the property is currently under contract with any Licensed PCO. Other factors include evidence of a valid contract or agreement with a licensed PCO. Still again is evidence of a liquid treatment or a actively maintained bait system is also a mode of treatment.<br><br>Also Ms. Lee in your paragraph you asked why would there be drill holes if there never were termites? The answer is as stated above this is another factor of how we determine if a property has been treated.<br><br>Most properties are treated for preventive reasons. Treatment is not always after a property has a active infestation.<br><br>Unfortunately we are in an area with some of the highest infestation rates in the country.<br>There are usually two kinds of properties, properties that have termites, and properties that are going to get termites.<br><br>In your paragraph you stated about the pretreat of properties, and you are correct they must be treated. However these pretreatments that were done back in the days that this property was built had a very limited life for that type of treatment.<br><br>Normally pretreatments last about five (5) years if it was treated properly by a licensed PCO. Licensed PCO’s are only required by law to warranty the property for one year.<br><br>Now days you can also use baits.<br><br>Keep in mind most insurance companies do not insure against termites or their damage.<br><br>Ms. Lee we are licensed professionals, and we stay up to date on changes to codes and laws that are required in the state, however we are not beyond instruction or creative criticism.<br><br>To address your statement in regards to the lady hanging up on you. Ms. Lee you were yelling and asking questions, but not allowing an answer to be given to you. When trying to answer you, you yelled and talked over her, she had no option but to hang up. There was no reasonable way to communicate with you when you behave in that manner.<br><br>In regards to your quote getting your money, keep in mind our recommendation was just that our professional recommendation not a mandate or a mandatory by law service, it was our professional opinion based on the evidence of the property and the crawl space conditions which photos were provided to show.<br><br>We did not even give you a price, so taking your money was never on the agenda.<br><br>You in no way would even have to use us if you chose to follow our professional recommendations, again this is your choice it’s not mandatory and you have the right to contact whomever you so chose to provide the recommendation.<br><br>In regards to rescinding the report, this was offered so you would be free to obtain another report or opinion from another licensed PCO, it was not to impede you, but in fact to help you by releasing our findings and recommendations.<br><br>At the end of the day we wish you the best, and regret that you feel the way you do.<br><br>Thank you for the opportunity to be of service.
The technician Justin came out and did his termite inspection for my closing tomorrow. He told me I did not have any problems and would give me a clear letter for the buyer. By the next day Rob was telling my realtor that I needed termite treatment even though I did not have live termites and needed a moisture barrier for total of $2300. I don't. want to do business with people who can't be trusted but it looks like I will be forced to. My closing is July 14. I am beyond disappointed that 1 week from closing I am hit with something like this. Its give in or lose the sale. I have already moved out if my house 2 days ago.
They never answer the phone . I contacted one of the field people with my concern . My problem was never taken care of . Lost my business forever. Dont waste your time
