Chris provides great customer service. He is very professional, and knowledgeable of his field of work. Chris has a very pleasant attitude in his approach to his job. I appreciate tips he gave me to better secure my garage door to prevent rodents from coming in; something minor that I did not notice. Thanks Chris!

Dillon Johnson is awesome! He takes care of all my pest control needs and always does a thorough job. What really stands out is how much time he takes to explain any pest control issues I’m having and what’s causing them. The service technician (Jarred A Strawn) conducted a very thorough termite inspection (examination) o the interior of the house! He explained to us everything as he went alone and answered all our questions! Thanks Jarred!

Damon did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and thorough about his job. While we do get occasional palmetto bugs, he addresses any issue we have.

Office is non existing.. waited forever to never speak to anyone, never did!.. lost a potential customer

THEY HAVE BELOW AVERAGE SERVICE The average cost for a pest inspection is about $100 though most pest control companies offer them free annually. Most home inspection service companies offer them as part of a home purchase service. It will add about $75 to $125 to the home inspection costs of between $300 and $500.

Bought a house with a termite inspection and warranty from this company. Call company one month after purchase, salesman came out, but never called back. Called again this month now they say the warranty is void. Call Lindsey the manager said they would re-instate but still nothing. Call corporate offices and still nothing. Stay away they are not trustworthy.

This company likes to take your money
Not sure if this is the location my apartment yards for their joke level service but all they do is every other month come in spray guess professional raid in three locations then leave. Place is still overrun with roaches. Came in last time commented about the bug infestation and all only spayed their usual three places and left. Place is a dump so sure the management of the apartment only pays for their cheapest level of service but any company that offers a level this low if I get my own house wool never get a call from me
