Todd is a passionate, knowledgeable expert who did an excellent job assessing trees on our property. We spoke in depth about potential future plans, no cutting/pruning work was pushed on me. This is the second year we have had him come out for an annual inspection, and we will be trusting Total Tree Care going forward!

Tree doctor Todd stopped at my house this spring to discuss my crepe Myrtle’s that I planted 4 years ago and have never flowered and get ugly looking in the summer. He suggested we treat it with his insect killer and vitamin cocktail which they did. My trees have never looked better and are now starting to flower for the first time ever. Thank you guys.

Do not recommend for evaluation of shrubs and foundation plants. Arborist had limited knowledge on diagnosis and recommended treatments. Arborist referred me to Clemson for help. Should not be sent out for issues other than trees.

Todd did a thorough job of analyzing our Live Oaks and proposing a plan to help them! We are very happy with the work that he & his team have done!! We wholeheartedly recommend Total Tree Care!!

I originally called Total Tree Care for advise on a tree in my front yard. I was concerned as to possible disease, roots growing too close to the house, roots growing above the ground, etc. All of my questions and then some were answered with a great wealth of knowledge. I was left with ideas to think about and assistance in how to move forward. Next steps - buffer pruning - and some much needed compost for the yard. Oh and Yes my tree is in great shape! Wow, what a professional. Just when I thought all of the customer-service oriented businesses were all but extinct, along comes Todd Stephenson. He was such a pleasure to deal with and his knowledge and ability to share that knowledge with us, was nothing short of EXCELLENT! I can't recommend this company highly enough. The office staff was wonderful as well, so polite and efficient. They are the diamond in the rough around this area!

Todd Stephenson is a knowledgeable professional who is passionate about his work. He met me for a consultation to look at a sick tree in one of my associations. While he was there, he took the time to look at all the trees and pointed out several additional concerns. Trees are a valuable asset, and Todd has the skills and knowledge to keep them healthy and strong.

How often have you asked a service of any type to come to your home to see what needs to be done; and, after they arrive they tell you everything is fine and you can wait until Spring/Summer to make any changes if needed. That was my experience with Todd and the reason I want to tell you he is a trustworthy, reliable businessman. He is knowledgeable and knows his trade. He won't do something unless he knows it's the best for the trees and for the client. And he has a team that hold his same integrity. They're the best.

Not only are Todd and his crew the best at what they do, they are some of the friendliest! They were pruning the palms at the main office of Axelrod & Associates yesterday and a couple of them made it a point to spoke to me when I arrived, and another opened the door for me when he saw my hands were full. Top notch!

As always, Todd's crew did an excellent job pruning, removing large dead limbs, and raising the canopies of 4 of our large oak trees. Todd, the only Arborist in the area at the time we moved here in 2000, was recommended to me by Clemson. In 2002, he removed 3 pine trees and a dying oak, ground the stumps and saved a construction damaged oak in our front yard. He replaced the removed oak with a live oak that is now a beautiful, huge tree that is a great addition to our home. The guys that did the work this week were excellent and impressed me with their cleaning up. There was not a single piece of wood or leaf in the yard when they left. Total Tree Care has been taking care of our trees ever since the first time and is the reason our trees are the envy of the community. I recommend Todd for any tree work you want done right the first time.
