Extremely professional and their prices are very reasonable. They have been in buisness for many many years. They have serviced our property for almost 2 years. We have zero bugs now and the technician is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Aaron's!

The technicians came to my home to spray they sprayed my home very unprofessionally when they left my garage and floors were wet and soaked with the spray they used they sprayed my cloths carpet and I was very upset as well as I had to wash all of my cloths will not use them again

You have the wrong company. We are in South Carolina and we have never serviced your home. We don't service homes in teams. Please remove this review as it is not our company that serviced your home. I believe you may reside in Texas, Florida or California. Thank you

I have called for over a month now and have not received a reply. I finally called another number and have been told that they block the phones so the wives can't call them and he never received my messages. He has answered my calls previously, now that I have an issue they did not respond. What business blocks a managers phone?

We received a phone call from Ms. Kinsman this morning for the first time on our business line (the number that is on all of her receipts and her contract, our website and our Facebook page, and it's the number she called us on originally one year ago). She had been calling a technician's personal cell number from a call that he made to her to set up her initial service. That number is not our business line and technicians don't answer calls that they don't recognize. The bottom line is that she has been calling the wrong number for a month, and when she finally called the right number, we called her back within 5 min. Also, we don't "block" anyone's phone and our employees can call their spouses anytime they want to. Customers call in through the business line, she just didn't do that, and until today, she had never tried. It doesn't seem to be an issue for other customers. However, she wasn't interested in hearing about WHY her call hadn't been returned; only in talking over the explanation and being angry. I would challenge anyone to call our business number (843)651-7439 and if your call isn't returned within 10 minutes (during business hours), feel free to write your own "bad" review.

I've been with Aaron's for 8 years now and have no plans of leaving. Recently, Steve Lance came to do our quarterly spray and took the time to show us actual brown widows around our patio furniture and educate us on how to identify signs of them by their webs and eggs. I appreciated the unsolicited extra effort and customer service. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Such friendly, professional service. Sterling is always so helpful getting us scheduled. Steven, our technician, is very knowledgeable and proficient. We have been using this service since we moved here in 2012. Very effective, reasonably priced and personal service, so worth it!
