Grayden called to let me know he was on the way, he arrived right on time . He introduced himself and ask how my day was going. He was very professional explained the process perfectly and was very nice. He exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Clark’s termite and pest control, Grayden was perfect!

Clark Termite handled our account very poorly. They provided the initial termite bond through our builder but never followed up for over a year and a half. Out of nowhere, a representative showed up unannounced, pressured my wife to sign a renewal service order, and when she said she needed to speak with me first, he began removing the termite bonds from our property. Completely unprofessional and intrusive behavior — we will not be renewing or doing business with this company again.
