While researching reliable pest control companies, Wilkey services was a contender. I met various competing company reps with their estimates. Mike Hennessy from Wilkey made me confident that his company was the best choice. His presentation was good, answered all questions and his prices were competitive. We had our termite treatment (bait stations) and added the quarterly perimeter pest control. So far, we are very happy with the results. We will update if anything changes, but right now, we can recommend Wilkey Services.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. John, our technician, was fantastic. He was so kind and professional. He took the time to thoroughly seek out all entrance points and show them to me, and even gave me his thoughts on the best ways to seal up those areas so we didn’t continue to have problems. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with my service. I highly recommend this pest control company!

Had a very tough experience vacationing at Myrtle Beach, but Mike H went above and beyond to make things better. He answered every question and gave me the knowledge needed to avoid the situation again. He is clearly an expert in his field and I would highly recommend him by name for any of your pest control needs.

Amanda did such a good job helping me when I arrived at our family condo to find flees everywhere. When I called she gave me the steps to take to ensure that the treatment would work. We talked about the steps to take till the team could get to the unit. She even helped to calm me down, when I felt like I had them all over me. What a God Send she was to answer the phone. She called me when I gave the address wrong, and said. No this is it. I wish we had more people like her working everywhere. I manage a very large group of customer service reps I have heard the best, and I would rate her along side them. Less our service person was just as good! He too, had a heart for his job and did it without judgement. He even treated the porch. If you are looking call them!!!

Every staff member I have had the pleasure of working with is friendly, patient, and thorough. Finding a quality vendor to work with in Myrtle Beach is not always easy. They make the process extremely efficient and seamless. Highly recommend!

When my family used to live at apartments, Mr Wilkey came to our apartment (a third floor at that!) and carried all the heavy equipment to treat my then apartment for bed bugs with heat treatment, other local companies had turned us down due to the sprinklers in our apartment, others were charging an eye and we couldn't afford them. Mr Wilkey was the only one who helped us for a reasonable fee. He even came to inspect afterwards without charging us because we had become paranoid of those little critters. He went above and beyond to help us. Him and his crew were punctual, friendly and professional. You can't go wrong with this company.

Worst place ever! I thought I would give them a try because they are close by. I called them and set up an appointment and had them come out to do some routine pest control inside and outside my residence. Their worker went through closets and drawers in my house and stole pain medicine from my grandmas medicine cabinet that is suffering from cancer. And not to mention, My house smelled like cigarette smoke after they left. I would never recommend these people to anyone because when I told the owner about it they brush it off as if I was a complete liar!

Great service but didn't return email requesting estimate. Still would recommend.
