Terminix

I used terminx for almost a year b4 moving which I told them.I paid for the bug treatment which cost 360 dollars which was every 3 months.There bug spray dose not work did nothing for the bugs which they came back 3 times to spray which did very little. I told them I was moving in Dec which they came to spray why no bugs out in Dec it's because they are hard up for money.after paying 360 they wanted to charge me 85 dollars for each time they came out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM CAUSE THEY DO NOT

Prices have gone up and the technicians are being lazy about scheduling. I had one scheduled to come out to replace some traps and they wanted to do a whole inspection inside which I was fine with. The tech called a few days early and asked if we could push back to the end of the following month so he didn't have to come out twice. I have used Terminix for 10 years now. Norris Cartrette takes care of our home like it is his own. He makes himself available if we have a problem. I was seeing ants and called Norris. He was out the next morning as promised. Any time I have had to call the office, I have been greeted by friendly, helpful staff. This is a company that truly cares about their customers. I would not even consider having anyone else take care of my home.
