Brandy and Tim (Liberty, SC office) are dedicated professionals who have their clients' best interest as top priority. We recently changed coverage from Rocket to Terminix and have been impressed with Tim's willingness to do whatever is necessary to establish the best pest protection available for our home. In addition, Terminix's methods of pest control and prices (compared to Rocket) are much better, too.

We are super happy with Terminix, Brandy and Kim are great to work with. The knowledge Kim has about wildlife and home care pest issues is immense. They both make "dealing" with pests a bit more fun. Ha!

We love Randy Smith. As I have posted before, Randy is the reason we use Terminix for termite, pest, and mosquito eradication. It’s all Randy, all day!

Expensive but good

We have been using Terminix for termite coverage for over 25 years and have been very pleased with their service. We recently switched to their pest control after we had been treating our home ourselves. We were amazed at the difference! Previously we would find alot of dead insects and thought we were doing a good job on our own. Now we see very few dead insects inside the house- the Terminix treatment is keeping them from entering our home all together. In addition, their customer service is exceptional-particularly Tim our service rep. I could not recommend them more highly.

We have had an annual contract for both pest control and termite control (bait in-ground) since we built our house in 2017. We recommend Terminix to all our friends and new residents, and specifically Kimberly Moss as our technician, who our community is fortunate to have. She is personable, engaging, passionate and knowledgabel about the work she does. Her wonderful service is always delivered with a smile, as well as guidance regarding how best to protect our home from intrusion by insects or critters! When you call the office, Brandy is always a friendly and helpful voice at the other end of the line. They have a great team of professionals.

Randy was early for the appointment and started right to work. He got his shoe coverings on and started with the outside jobs. He came in and did a thorough coverage of baseboards and corners. He is a pleasure to work with and always reminds me if I have any problems, to just call.

Very professional, competent and efficient. All of the staff employees that I have worked with (from service visits to office personnel) have been great! So friendly and helpful! I am very happy with their service.

Outrageous annual fee increases for their agreement without explanation or service beyond a once per year inspection. They gradually raised their annual fee for me from $157 to $270, and they will not promise not to increase their fee next year. They have no respect for the loyalty of a long-term customer. Frustrated with their arrogance, I discovered better termite protection options elsewhere. Terminix just has a well known name, but is not worth the price.

Everything went well, as usual. Only complaint is that the office only scheduled us for "am", not a specific time. I was not able to talk with them to schedule the appointment, but to not give us a time was kind of inconvenient.
