We bought a house a few years ago that used them. They gave us the termite contract they had. We had quarterly service and also paid for a termite contract. I loved the technicians! So I’m not bad mouthing them by any means. After we had been here 5 yrs we had termite damage in a front window ledge area and in the wall. The technician came out and said yes they would have to file a claim. The owner was giving us a hard time and came out to look at it.
We have been using Terminix for termite coverage for over 25 years and have been very pleased with their service. We recently switched to their pest control after we had been treating our home ourselves. We were amazed at the difference! Previously we would find alot of dead insects and thought we were doing a good job on our own. Now we see very few dead insects inside the house- the Terminix treatment is keeping them from entering our home all together. In addition, their customer service is

C&C (Rocket) responded within two days of our call. We heard critters in the attic and had heard great things about Rocket.
