C&C (Rocket) responded within two days of our call. We heard critters in the attic and had heard great things about Rocket. Previously we had Orkin inspect our house, and they wanted thousands of dollars to solve our problem, but didn’t even mention how they’d get rid of the resident “guests.” Chance made a thorough inspection and satisfied us that they could rid our home of the pests, quickly, and at a fraction of Orkin’s outrageous quote. We bought a house a few years ago that used them. They gave us the termite contract they had. We had quarterly service and also paid for a termite contract. I loved the technicians! So I’m not bad mouthing them by any means. After we had been here 5 yrs we had termite damage in a front window ledge area and in the wall. The technician came out and said yes they would have to file a claim. The owner was giving us a hard time and came out to look at it.
