Bayron was super nice and talked me through what he was doing. He was considerate about me working from home and on the phone while he was here and he was super sweet to my dog and patient with me needing to get him in and out so he could work.

This is an excellent company. They do what they say they are going to do whether you are home or not. I use them for a monthly service and in 3 years have not had a bug problem that they didn't fix immediately. they check and prevent all the exterior of my house for a monthly fee that I feel is reasonable.
Have an ongoing problem with ants all summer. The area around my front porch is still infested. Called a week ago and haven't heard from them yet. Since Massey took over Insight I have been having to call at least monthly.

I really appreciate the time and effort Jesse puts into his job to apply pest control to my home. He does the outside and inside of my home for treatment. We talk about the different critters and the potential problems they could cause. Jesse is very thorough in his description of how he is treating my home to prevent any issues. Great customer service and extra help when needed! I met and spoke with Robert Plyler and not only did he listen and was nice, but he helped me with solutions that weren't crazy unlike other companies! He also answers the phone when you call or calls back in a decent amount of time. This is a good company with good help and service.
