The team has always be friendly and considerate. Edit: Insight has been sold to Massey Services. Since then the service has gone from good to average.

The representative that came to spray my home was Dylan. He was very fast and efficient!!!! Friendly too!! :)

Wouldn't recommend

Connor did a great job. Update 10.4.23. Go somewhere else. It wasn’t until recently did I realize whatever they use doesn’t last but a month or less. Find a company that doesn’t water it down.

Many areas in the yard were untreated. Other pest companies treat their clients entire yard and not spot treat.

Lillian did a great job explaining what treatments that would be used on my house, yard, and deck. Very courteous and professional Update 15 August 2023: more bugs and mosquitoes than I had prior to signing them on. Cancelled service but had pay $327 dollars in fees. I do not recommend signing up for this service. Salesmen was slick and I was too trusting. Warning to seniors who still have faith that a young person selling will truly explain the fine print on their tablet they use to sign you up. I was under the impression this was a month to month service. Didn’t get the email with contract until I discontinued service. Sad that a company has to operate like this for business. Would be a negative star rating if it was allowed. Beware!

Product not as advertised.

I waited for a repeat service for two days. When the tech arrived on the second day. I explain where I needed service again . She was here less than 5 minutes. I am not understanding what type of spraying she was doing. No wonder the ants come back. Too quick for me.

They arrived early, and notified me before they arrived. Technician was nice and treated all concerning areas. I was satisfied with their application of pesticides around our property.

Noel didn't do a good job. It was like a hit or miss job. I watch on my camera this how I know. I have never had to experience this in the past. Very disappointed in his level of service
