DO NOT USE ARROW EXTERMINATORS!! They are extremely unprofessional. Hired to do a termite inspection for a house selling...but wouldn't give me my inspection results until I paid for a FULL termite treatment. Turns out I had no issues with termites at all! They scammed me into paying almost $1,000 more for unnecessary work! Then, their inspector called the the potential buyers and disclosed the inspection results BEFORE contacting me, the person who hired them!! Ontop of all that, the manager Er

Charlene is absolutely rude. First she says well with a prepayment we can send the recipe over. Then got nasty with our realtor when he asked for it. Then wanted to get nasty with us when we asked for it. Don’t say you’re going to do something just to go back on what you said. (That’s a life tip for you.) She’s bad for business. Maybe keep her in the back to handle paper work. Not talking to customers. Told us we had to prepay for the service to insure they got paid for the service. Uhm ok? Then

We scheduled an appointment for between 4-5 pm. My husband received a phone call from Randy while we were both at work saying he was at our house. Once I got home, he said he had been at our house since 3 pm, which I found odd. He also made some racist and uncomfortable comments about another person that was at our house earlier in the day. He then rushed through spraying our house in order to get to the next appointment.
